Day 15 - Piz da Cir - Sass de Rocia

Again, weather not good.

Again, weird things around campsite

So, we decided that we would Via Ferrate, but we would make sure we did a short one, just incase there was an electrical storm, and we’d keep below the clouds.

Jess’s hair did a good attempt at being near a Van de Graph generator on the way up from the chair lift, but luckily it passed over.

Well, its was the christening of a few pieces of kit. Jess’s harness, Linds’s Via Ferrate kit, and all coped very well.

imgp2894.JPGA chairlift ride and a 10 min walk brought us to the bottom of the route.

45 mins later, Jess stood proudly on the top.

Sass de Rocia

Off to a gorge. Scary Mary. “potholing in the open”. Fun!
